Suspension of Face-to-face classes of Kindergartens until Chinese New Year

The COVID-19 Omicron variant has a high infectivity and is posing a serious threat. Currently, there is still an invisible chain of transmission within the community and there have been confirmed cases of young children in these few days. In view of the above, the Education Bureau (EDB) announced today that all Kindergartens in Hong Kong should suspend face-to-face classes and all on-campus activities on or before 14 /1/ 2022 until the schools’ Chinese New Year holidays.


In response to the notification from the Education Bureau, our kindergarten will arrange the following special measures during the suspension of face-to-face classes.

Please note:


(1)Our kindergarten now arranges to suspend face-to-face classes from 13/1/ 2022(THU) until the Lunar New Year holiday (from 13/1/2022 to 9/2/2022).

(2)12/1/2022(WED) The school will distribute appropriate worksheets, teaching aids and teaching materials , books, singing and art activities materials for children to learn at home.

(3)24/1/2022(MON) Parents are requested to come to school to collect Chinese New Year holiday homework, teaching aids and teaching materials , books, singing and art activities materials for children to learn at home.

(4) The school will keep the school premises open as usual, from 9:00 to 4:00.

(6) Parents should take preventive measures to prevent influenza and pay attention to the health of their children. Students who have any physical discomfort (even if the symptoms are very mild) should consult a doctor as soon as possible and obtain appropriate diagnosis and treatment.

(7) Parents should also avoid going to crowded, poorly ventilated places, keep a balanced diet, regular exercise and adequate rest to enhance your immunity.
